The Plan?

My approach to health is holistic. It considers the whole person -- body, mind, spirit, and emotions -- in the quest for optimal health and wellness.
The first step is to gain an understanding of your current state - What is going on in your life?  What are your challenges?  What is your end objective? 
I do not take a "one size fits all" approach.  I will tailor the plan for health to your specific circumstances and objectives.
Your health is related to your lifestyle and your environment; what you eat and drink; what you think and feel; how you exercise your body; what toxins you're exposed to.
The good news is that you have control over most of these factors and you can make choices that lead to vibrant health.
We will work together to explore health choices that are best suited for your specific situation.
