The Joy of Vitality!

To be vital is to be joyous! This may look and feel like being in the "zone," full of delight, energy, freedom, creativity, purpose, self expression, beautiful fulfilling relationships, and love surrounding us. Meeting each day with enthusiasm is a good vision, of what vitality may be for you. In todays world, we all face challenges that undermine our health and vitality. However, there is much we can do to meet those challenges head on.

I am dedicated to teaching, guiding and supporting you in your health quest. To envision, and then to create a life that is filled with the richness of energy, and to feel empowered from the inside out. I will listen to your desires, goals and challenges, with presence, and compassion. We will evaluate where you are presently, assessing food choices, daily habits, thought patterns, social structures and other lifestyle factors.

Challenges are invitations to grow, learn more, hopefully igniting change, and promoting healing on every level.  I will continually reassess your goals and the effectiveness of our partnership to ensure progress. Some of the most profound work we will do involves understanding how you arrived at your present state, and creating new changes with zest and inspiration.
You will then have greater freedom and passion to create a new path, towards more joyous health and vitality.

Every factor in human well-being is also an element of nutrition. Deprivation of any single need may mean our demise or impairment of our growth, development or health. A single factor insufficiently or incorrectly supplied can lead to disease and suffering. Most people are aware of the essentials of life. However, they lose sight of these fundamentals as being factors and influences that are necessary to well-being within the context of society. Therefore, they're likely to violate the very laws of their existence and contribute to their own sickness and suffering. The causes of health are very simple.

There are many factors for optimal well-being, I feel that these are the most important:
