Yes, indeed, as you know, the market is "saturated" with nutritional products. Its overwhelming and confusing on which ones are worth taking. Many supplements are next to worthless because the body can’t absorb them in the way they are processed. Helpful tips for healthier digestion.
Experiment with a wheat free, sugar free, and dairy free diet, stop eating wheat for at least 2 weeks, anything made with wheat, one out of four people have a gluten intolerance, ( I believe its higher than that) and lactose intolerance, and this often causes indigestion, among other unpleasant symptoms. Once you totally eliminate wheat, sugar and dairy for at least 2 weeks you can then, (if you CAN'T live without wheat, sugar and dairy) add a little back in your diet only now and then, not every day, and only in very small amounts. Sprouted wheat products are best and "raw" cheeses are best. Fresh fruit is the best form of sweetness in the diet.

Eating smaller meals is ideal, especially as we age past 35, large meals cause all sorts of digestive upset.
Eat as simple meals as possible. Too much variety at one sitting often causes indigestion, and absorption issues. Starches and proteins are not good combined. Even though all of America mixes starches and proteins, its very hard on the digestive system. For example, instead of having meat or fish with rice, pasta or potatoes, have meat with a huge salad and side of veggies. No starches, this will help your digestive system immensely. Ditch the desserts or eat an hour or two later. Though we are all better off without desserts, even if its fresh fruit. Sweet desserts on top of a protein or starch meal is very hard on the digestive system. So fattening too!
