A Private Consultation

Scheduling a consultation is easy!

You can schedule a private consultation with Rose by any of these methods:

Appointments:
Both in-person or phone sessions are available. Please  contact Rose  to schedule a time that is convenient for you. If you would prefer an e-mail consultation, please write for specific details.

Office hours:
To be determined through initial contact due to possible timezone differences, available most times, 7days a week.

Consultation Costs:
Initial consultation FREE, 50 minutes, thereafter it is $90.00 per hour. I am also happy to offer a sliding scale, please inquire. I will create a win-win with you.

Payment:
Advanced payment for all consultations is required to reserve an appointment time. Payment for all phone consultations is through paypal, or money order by snail mail. Soon I will be able to accept credit cards, please inquire. Payment for in-person consultations can be made using cash, check, money order.

Cancellations:
Consultations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time will receive a full refund.

After our 30 minute free consultation, if you choose to continue with Rose, please download, print and fill out this health questionnaire  before our next appointment. Please mail to me or bring with you if the session is in person.
